High skill ceiling heroes should have higher reward, not a mediocre reward. Right now she’s decent in the hands of the best players in the world, and takes arguably the most time to master in the game. OW2 functions best when every hero has strengths and weaknesses and kits built around it, wanting to destroy one kit you don’t like is just the height of selfishness and would be bad for the game. Your wish to destroy things you don’t like if granted will come around to things you do like. Or there will be the people that are like “good lmao hope she’s removed from the game/dumpstered I hate her.” To those people I say, what goes around comes around. No right now you can pick pretty much anyone that’s what it means to have a low win rate. She’s just in a sorry state, and I feel this thread is just going to be filled with misinformation like “you have to pick widow to counter widow”.

Her grappling hook is interrupted by anything that sneezes at it, seriously the robot on push can mess up your grapple. She’s bottom two on overbuff for win rate in masters, bottom five in grandmasters, and with that in mind she’s definitely bad off in the metal ranks.
